Annual Meeting of Electors

The Annual Parish Meeting is not a council meeting; it is a meeting of the parish electors and can involve partners such as Avon and Somerset Police and Bath and North East Somerset Council. Local organisations who have benefited from council grants are invited to provide a report on their activities and all electors are entitled to attend and ask questions or raise issues.

By law, the meeting must take place between 1 March and 1 June. In Batheaston, the meeting is normally held in April or May at the Rhymes Pavillion, Coalpit Road.
