The Council is governed by local government legislation, that defines the documents and information that must be produced and published.

Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) for 2022-23

Every year, the Council is required to submit financial and other information for external audit.  This process concluded on Friday 29th September.  The documents are below. 

The Annual Governance & Accountability Return is available for inspection by any local government elector of the area of Batheaston Parish Council on application to the Parish Clerk, as detailed below.  See the formal notice here.
